Manufacturing Technology

Students in the Manufacturing Technology program learn various methods of welding, cutting, and much more. Various welding methods are taught including Oxy-acetylene cutting and welding, Shielded metal arc welding (stick), Gas metal arc welding / Metal inert gas welding (mig), Gas tungsten arc welding (tig), and plasma arc cutting. 

Welding is a diverse skill that can be applied to many employment opportunities. Many openings for employment within the welding field are expected to arise as retirement will be nearing for a large amount of workers.
